8. Specifications for Treatment

8.1 We offer prescription only medicines to patients with no medical contraindications.

8.2 The doctor must be sure of no medical contraindications to your treatment. Failure to disclose any medical contraindications can pose risk to your life.

8.3 At an appointment you may purchase a programme in three ways; you may pay-as-you go, you may pay in advance for three months or more to receive a discount or pay via subscription (most cost-effective).

9. Cancellation of Programmes

9.1 You can cancel or withdraw from a programme at any time.

9.2 If you cannot attend your booked appointment, please notify us at least 48-hours before your appointment time.

9.3 If you miss your appointment, without giving us 48 hours prior notice via telephone, a £50 deposit will need to be taken upon booking a further appointment. This money will be held on your account and be deducted from the price of your next treatment or refunded if you are unable to be treated on medical grounds.

10. Medication Returns or Refunds

10.1 Due to the legislative and regulatory requirements for the safe handling of prescriptive medication, no prescription medication can be returned or refunded once purchased.

11. Refer a Friend Promotion

11.1 You will get 10% discount for referring a new patient.

12. Informing your GP

12.1 We will contact your GP informing them of the treatment you are receiving from 121 Clinic.

13. Delivery & Shipping Policy

13.1 By joining a programme with 121 Clinic, you are agreeing to the Delivery & Shipping Policy which are inclusive to the below terms.

13.2 Once your medication has been prescribed it will be processed by the pharmacy and delivered direct to you.

13.3 Our dispatching days are Monday – Friday. If your medication is prescribed just before or after a bank holiday, please expect delays for an additional 1-2 working days.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 Contracts and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any such dispute or claim will be subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. How we may use your personal information

15.1 We will only use your personal information (including information and other data you provide as part of any identification) as set out in our privacy policy.
